Neuwirth Krayna Design is a collaborative partnership between principals Philip Krayna and Jacqueline Neuwirth. With over three decades of combined industry experience, we have the professional and creative expertise to produce a diverse range of print and web design projects. We work with a dedicated team of associates including specialists in print production, web development, copywriting, photography and illustration.
Philip Krayna has served as creative director at Mother Jones magazine and Bank of America. He has been a design instructor at the California College of the Arts as well as the University of Santa Cruz Extension. Philip writes frequently for major industry periodicals including Communication Arts, Print and Metropolis.
Jacqueline Neuwirth designed many of the first websites launched during the fledgling days of the Internet and has developed sites for major online brands including Ask.com, Salon.com and Charles Schwab. She has also created print campaigns for museums, nonprofits, as well as corporate clients. A seasoned art director, her training as a photographer and visual artist inform the aesthetics of each web and print project.
Our studio has received notable industry awards, including the AIGA 50/50 Award for Best Book Cover Design in America, and a Type Directors Club Award of Excellence.
